Development Gateway Foundation (BdDGF) is an independent not for profit
organization owned and managed by public-private partnerships focuses
on community development aiming at poverty alleviation at the country
level maintains and developed an effective and self sustainable website
(http://bangladeshgateway.org) of Bangladesh in collaboration with the
Development Gateway Foundation, Inc, DGF) Washington, USA for knowledge
sharing and to disseminate information through partnership alliance.
The Bangladesh Development Gateway Foundation (BdDGF) has been registered
in the Joint Stock Companies, Government of Bangladesh under the Society
Act 1860 and runs as per approved rules and regulations of the Society
Act.
Users are welcome to access to this Site, subject to the following terms
and conditions that may be updated from time to time.
Content and its use: The web site contains various
information, text, graphics etc. software. Most of the material available
in the various site pages is protected under the copyright laws. Unless
otherwise indicated on a particular page users are welcome to copy the
Content for personal, non-commercial use, without any right to resell
the Content.
Use of Logos: Prior permission no users are allowed

agrees that when using a Forum, User shall not do any of the following:

by BdDGF.
BdDGF reserves the right for any reason to remove without notice any

e-mail and bulletin board postings. User grants BdDGF and its affiliates
the right to edit, copy, publish and distribute any information or content
User posts or transmits to the Gateway for any purpose and without compensation
to User.
This Agreement will be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the
laws of Bangladesh.
